Wisdom Teeth
Wisdom Teeth, the vestigial third set of molars at the back of the mouth begin trying to emerge sometime during our late teens or early twenties. Since our jaws are much smaller than those of our ancestors, there’s not enough room for them and the potential for problems begin. This makes a strong case for having them removed as soon as possible.
The tendency for wisdom teeth to become impacted leads to the majority of problems which include infected gums, decay, crowding and structural damage to other teeth and cyst formation. The best time to have your wisdom teeth removed is before they have a chance to cause other complications.
